He was, once again, an excellent advertisement for your company. His driving was superb, the condition of the coach was always clean and tidy and he went out of his way to help at all times. He fitted in well with our group and, as I am hoping to take the same people to Rotterdam in 2007, I would like him to be our driver.
On this occasion our driver was exceptionally good. We particularly enjoyed his commentary on the areas we passed through, when he pointed out interesting things which we may otherwise have missed, and added much background information. Such a calm, pleasant young man is an asset to your company.
