1 Cancellation of seats: Over 48 hours notice, refund of face value less 10%. Less than 48 hours notice, NO refund given. All refunds are issued in the form of a cheque.
2 Whilst every effort is made to run all tours as advertised, the Company reserves the right to cancel any advertised tour should there be insuffi cient passengers, or for any other reason.
3 The Company reserves the right to vary itineraries without prior notifi cation.
4 The Company accepts no responsibility for the cancellation or alteration by any third party of any advertised tour or itinerary.
5 The Company accepts no responsibility for any costs incurred by any passenger failing to produce a valid U.K. passport when requested to do so.
